Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

So you've ordered an item and are wondering when it'll be shipped. First of all, thank you! Second of all, I ship through USPS and provide tracking numbers when sending packages domestically (referring to the continental US).

 

I do not currently offer international shipping at this time but I may in the future. I will update this section accordingly if and when that changes. My apologies for the inconvenience.

 

Note that as the majority of my items are made to order, please allow 1 to 2 weeks of processing time before your item is shipped to you. If I have an item in stock, it should be shipped out in roughly 3 to 4 business days. If there are any extraneous situations that will impact my availability or processing time, I will notify you for your reference.

Return & Exchange Policy

No refunds will be given for custom items, due to the unique nature of the item. 

Upon payment for any custom items, that sale is final and may not be voided or cancelled.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify me immediately upon receiving the item and provide photo evidence of the damage. I will be happy to provide a replacement item upon receiving the damaged item back, though the buyer will be responsible for return shipping. Please ship back the item within 10 days of receiving the damaged item to ensure the fastest turnaround time.

For non-custom items to be returned, the buyer is responsible for paying return shipping. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the item back to the seller.

As a seller and designer, I want to make this an enjoyable and respectful experience for both of us. As such, I reserve the right to refuse service or refund a sale if this code of conduct is not upheld between both parties.
